To ensure you receive all the spa treatments you want, when you want, not only is advance booking suggested, it is highly recommended. Guests may book up to one month in advance of their arrival. Some treatments may not be available every day
We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid a 50% charge or redemption from your gift voucher.

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure. You will still be charged the full fee for the appointment. What should I tell my treatment provider?

At Zivaya Spa all guests receiving spa treatments have not only the right, but also the responsibility to communicate openly with their therapist, aesthetician, hair stylist and/or nail technician about their service during the treatment. Any special expectations, personal preferences and/or possible concerns about how a treatment is progressing should first be addressed directly with the individual who is providing the treatment during the treatment.Our spa staff is renowned for their amazing diversity, breadth and depth of knowledge of the healing arts. We celebrate all their varied backgrounds and value their many skills, talents and gifts which they bring to Zivaya Spa. If you have a special request to make your treatment more enjoyable such as dimmer lights, softer music, a lighter or heavier touch, an extra blanket, etc. Please do not hesitate to ask.If there are certain things you wish your therapist NOT to do such as work on your feet, your face, your abdomen or scalp/hair, please communicate your desires.In addition, you have the obligation to let your therapist know about any health related conditions that could potentially cause you discomfort or harm during the course of your treatment. This would include, but is not limited to, pregnancy, recent surgeries, diabetes, injuries, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, shellfish or iodine allergies, and any other allergies.All of our services are designed to nurture, relax, restore and meet your specific needs. We welcome your input and feedback.

A robe, slippers and lockers are provided for your convenience at the spa or you may choose to wear the robe from your room. It is recommended that you shower before receiving your treatment and that you disrobe for your spa services. Your therapist will leave the room as you disrobe and you will lay under a sheet on the table. Upon completion of the treatment, your therapist will again step out of the treatment room to allow you to redress into your robe. Our therapists are trained in proper draping techniques for your comfort. You may elect to receive treatments in your bathing suit or undergarments. Please remove all jewelry before visiting the spa. If you have scheduled a Thai Yoga Massage, Salon Treatment or Reflexology, please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Please notify the spa receptionist at the time you are making your appointments and your therapist at the beginning of your treatment. You will be informed if treatments are not recommended.

If you have a gender preference, please advise the spa reservationist at the time of making your appointment.

Shaving is recommended but please be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Honor the environment with silence; it is one of tranquility and relaxation. Remember that your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. The use of cell phones, cameras and electronic devices is not permitted in the spa. Arrive early. Don't cheat yourself out of your relaxation time.

Treatment and package prices do not include gratuity. A 15% gratuity will be added to all services.

We carry a full array of professional spa products so you can duplicate the benefits at home. We also ship direct to you should you want to reorder upon returning home.

The aestheticians at Zivaya Spa are trained to customize each of our facial treatments for your particular skin through skin analysis. This may mean that you do not receive the facial you booked but one rather more suited to your skin type.

To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend booking all treatments and use of the spa facilities in advance. Please contact the individual spa to make a booking.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your spa day or treatment so you can familiarize yourself with your surroundings, and fill out a health questionnaire.

If you do need to move your appointment within 24 hours, we can offer this on one occasion.

The minimum age for access to the spa is 16. Beauty treatments are available from 14, but must be accompanied by the adult at all times.

All treatments that are 60 minutes or less can be paid for on the day of the booking. A 50% pre-payment will be taken for any treatments over 60 minutes.

Yes we are able to offer bespoke packages, please contact the spa to discuss your requirements.

Yes there are lockers in the changing rooms, which are activated with a padlock which are available from spa reception.
